Our objective is to assist the working-class individuals in finding employment, placing them with different farms for seasonal work. Our employees can always reach out to us when they need additional hours. We offer a variety of schedules to accommodate our employees' needs, ranging from 12-hour shifts during hop and hemp harvest seasons to 4-hour shifts during grape harvest season.
Our crews have worked in various locations across Oregon, from Sandy to Grants Pass, for example. They have gained experience in a wide range of agricultural labor, including operating machinery on hop farms and grape picking. Our employees also have the opportunity to learn skills such as tree cloning when working at nurseries and other plant-related techniques
We are a family-owned and operated business established in the Salem Area, with projects spanning across Oregon. Since 2017, we have built a reputation for delivering high-quality work at competitive rates. Our journey began as fieldworkers, allowing us to accumulate hands-on experience before evolving into an independent contractor.
